- 2 days before you are due to arrive you will receive an email reminder of your booking.
- You will receive email from the hotel informing you of door entry code. Room number and room door code prior to arrival (please note all codes are changed on checkout)
- A welcome information notice will be attached to the email from hotel
- On arrival into your room you will see a welcome pack with important information and contact emergency contact details
- The contact details are your contact during your stay.
- House keeping will be carried out daily.
